From Hong Kong to Scotland — Audrey’s Last‑Minute Bridal Reveal

Audrey booked Monica and me for bridal hair and makeup, as well as styling for her daughter and mum on the wedding morning.
With a wedding in Scotland to plan, a celebration in Hong Kong to organise, and a jewellery business to run, it was no surprise that life had become a little too busy to fit in a bridal trial.
When we arrived at her home, Easter decorations and snacks 🐣 were in abundance, creating a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. Then came the surprise of the morning: Audrey had yet to decide which dress to wear!
While we got the rest of the bridal party ready, we encouraged her to try on both gowns so we could help her choose together. Having worked alongside each other for many years, Monica and I know how to stay calm under pressure and offer ideas for hair and makeup that complement either look.
In the end, the vintage-inspired dress won—and what a stunning choice it was. Once everything came together, Audrey looked effortlessly elegant and ready for her special day.
With everyone beautifully prepared, we packed up our kits and the family set off for their ceremony at Edinburgh Castle.
It's always a joy to hear how the day unfolded and to see the professional photographs afterwards, allowing us to relive and share such wonderful moments.
